SMALL SKILLET or LARGE SKILLET & FOOD PROCESSOR
- 5 medium sweet potatoes (small skillet)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar/honey
- 2 tablespoons butter/margarine
Peel and cut potatoes on #5 cone. Put into skillet with all seasonings. Start cold pan on medium heat till valve whistles/ Turn heat low and cook 30 to 40 minutes. Stir when done.
