Shrimp Creole

Utensils:

REGULAR SKILLETS, JUMBO SKILLET, SAUTE PANS, ELECTRIC SKILLET & FOOD PROCESSOR
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups clean fresh shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 stalks celery (#2 cone)
  • 1 cup tomato or V-8 juice
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

 

Directions:

Add celery, green pepper, onion and sauté in skillet until tender. Add tomato juice, salt and basil, Tabasco and cook until unit whistles using medium heat. Add shrimp and reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
