REGULAR SKILLETS, JUMBO SKILLET, GOURMET SKILLET & ELECTRIC SKILLET
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs fresh/frozen shrimp Cleaned and deveined
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place butter in skillet and melt on medium low heat. Add garlic and simmer 3 minutes. Increase heat to medium high or 375 degrees and cook shrimp for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Shrimp is done when it turns pink and white.
Serve with rice.
