Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup water chestnuts
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 lb bay scallops (rinsed)
- 1 lb asparagus, cut in matchstick size pieces
- 8 oz linguine pasta (cooked)
- 1 shallot, minced
- 4 tsp fresh cilantro, minced (optional)
- 1 recipe mandarin glaze
Directions:
Prepare all ingredients above ready for use. Pour half mandarin glaze in wok or large skillet. Cook at high temperature, add garlic, shallots and ginger, simmer for 3 minutes; add the asparagus and scallops and braise for 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and sprinkle cilantro.
