LARGE SKILLET, ELECTRIC SKILLET & FOOD PROCESSOR
- 1 lb. calf liver
- 1 small onion (#2 cone)
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Heat skillet on medium low and melt butter or margarine. Dredge pieces of liver with flour and seasonings and brown gently on both sides. Make sauce by blending mushrooms, garlic salt and onion. Pour over liver and cook for 20-30 minutes on VERY LOW HEAT. Serve on latter and top with sauce.
