Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Utensils:

ELECTRIC SKILLET
Serves 6
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin cut into 6 slices
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups choyote squash sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs apple concentrate
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbs dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp fresh copped rosemary

Directions:

Heat electric skillet to 400 degrees. Cook pork for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to 225 and cover, cooking for 5 minutes longer. Remove pork from pan. Add remaining ingredients to pan stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Mix in pork. Reduce temperature to low and cook for 10 minutes.
