Utensils:
LARGE SKILLET or ELECTRIC SKILLET
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 1/2 lb. fryer
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 can (12 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
Directions:
Place cut fryer in cold unit. Mix all ingredients together and spread over chicken. Start heat on medium or 300 degrees in the electric skillet. Cook 1 hour. Remove chicken and thicken broth with 3 tablespoons cornstarch and water to make sauce. Serve over rice. (pic shown with pasta)
If unit starts to spit moisture rapidly from rim, reduce heat slightly.
