Fried Chicken with Plum and Almond Chutney

Utensils:

ELECTRIC SKILLET

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 – 4 oz Chicken Breast Sliced
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Sauce:

  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup plum jam
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbls raisins

Directions:

Prepare sauce into bowl. Heat Electric Skillet for 5 minutes on 350 degrees. Add chicken to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Cover pan and reduce heat to 225 degrees and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the chicken form pan. Turn temperature to 350 degrees and add remaining ingredients, stirring until slightly thick, approximately 10 minutes. Stir in chicken.
