Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Maverick 94% lean ground sirloin
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbs. fresh chopped basil
- 1 tbs. dry parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
Sauce:
- Raspberry preserves
- 1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs. apple juice concentrate
Directions:
Heat oil in electric/large skillet on medium and add meatballs to the pan and lightly brown on all sides. Add the sauce to the pan and cover reducing the temperature to medium low. Simmer uncovered, until the meatballs become glazed and the sauce thickens.
