Utensils:

LARGE SKILLET
 

Directions:

Note: Use Rome, Winesap or Jonathan apples.
 
Cut apples in half and place in pan-skin down. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1 cup of water and start on medium heat until unit whistles, close valve. Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Juice can be used for basting just before eating.
