Creamed Eggs and Ham with Cheese

Utensils:

ALL REGULAR AND SAUTE PANS
Serves 6
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • Dash of pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 6 shelled hard cooked eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 3 slices/diced American Cheese
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

Melt butter or margarine over medium heat, add onion and simmer until tender. Stir in flour, milk, salt and pepper to make white sauce. Stir until smooth and thick. Add chopped hard eggs, then the ham and cheese. Heat until the cheese is well melted. Serve on toast.
